Die Methoden
Das vermittelte Wissen wird mit vielen Übungen mit Bezug zu Ihrer Berufspraxis konsequent trainiert. Damit erlangen die Teilnehmenden Sicherheit im Umsetzen der Seminarinhalte. Die Übungen finden in Form von Einzel- und Gruppenarbeit sowie Rollenspielen statt. Die Teilnehmenden erhalten immer wieder gezieltes Feed-back und lernen, Ihr Verhalten kritisch wahrzunehmen und deutlich zu verbessern.
