Have you recently started a new job but need help meeting the job’s requirements and adjusting to your new daily routine? Are you finding it difficult to balance family and work? Or are you worried about not fitting in with your new coworkers, afraid of conflicts with your supervisor, or having trouble staying motivated at work?

We would be happy to provide you with personalized support in overcoming your personal challenges and to assist you with advice and practical help as you navigate this new situation.

During our weekly one-on-one sessions, we’ll help you identify problems, develop and implement solutions, and—if necessary—discuss these with your employer. The goal is to support you in overcoming new challenges, successfully completing your probationary period, and thereby being able to continue in your job long-term.

Time frame:

The coaching program lasts 6 months and can consist of up to 2 hours per week, either at your workplace or at our offices.
The coaching schedule will be arranged individually with you and, if applicable, your employer.

You can start at any time after individual consultation.

The following topics are relevant in the context of one-on-one coaching:

• Workplace Conflict Mediation (e.g., resolving bullying situations, feeling overwhelmed, or problems with coworkers or supervisors)
• Information on Rights and Obligations Under an Employment Contract
• Support ranging from time management to assistance with organizing child care
• Reflection on Continuing Education and Training Needs
• Guidance on Avoiding Terminations by Employees and Employers

Prerequisites:

Financial assistance through AVGS-MAT via your Job Center case worker

Financing:

Your Jobcenter or Employment Agency will cover the cost of the course for you.
