Systemic Coaching

Personalized coaching for re-entry into the workforce and the development of new career opportunities

Developing Personal and Professional Prospects

Sometimes personal or professional circumstances change in such a way that previous solutions are no longer effective. In systemic coaching, we work together to examine your current situation and use it as a basis for developing new perspectives and concrete next steps.

This isn't just about your professional situation. Your personal life, family circumstances, and other factors that influence your daily life can also play an important role. We'll help you recognize your own strengths and opportunities and use them to further your development.

Our goal is to work with you to develop realistic personal and professional goals and to provide you with reliable support as you work toward them.

What We'll Develop Together with You

Coaching focuses on your personal situation and your goals. Together, we can, among other things,

  • Develop your personal and professional prospects,
  • set medium- and long-term goals,
  • Identify your strengths, skills, and resources,
  • develop new courses of action,
  • Supporting people through changes and transitions in different stages of life,
  • Take a closer look at your personal and social circumstances,
  • work together to find solutions to existing challenges,
  • identify additional appropriate counseling and support services.

We also take your personal circumstances into account. If it makes sense given your situation and you agree, we’re happy to involve your household or other important people in your life.

Tailored to your specific situation

For us, systemic coaching means more than just looking at individual problems. Together, we examine the connections between them and identify the changes that can truly help you.

The topics are therefore not determined by a fixed framework, but rather by your personal situation and the goals we agree on together. This can include career guidance as well as personal changes, social circumstances, or the search for appropriate support services.

We take a solution-oriented, flexible approach and work with you as equals. It’s important to us that you make your own decisions and, step by step, gain more confidence as you move forward.

What Matters to Us in Our Collaboration

A trusting working relationship is the foundation of effective coaching. That is why we place great importance on

  • A meeting on equal terms,
  • a respectful and appreciative approach,
  • Openness and mutual trust,
  • a focus on your personal issues and goals,
  • a flexible and personalized approach to the conversations.

We take your situation seriously and will work with you to find solutions that fit your life and your circumstances.

General Conditions

Participation in systemic coaching is arranged at the outset in consultation with your personal counselor at the Jobcenter.

Coaching can last up to 12 months and is voluntary. There is no cost to you.

Depending on your individual situation and as agreed, the sessions will take place either in your home or at one of our locations. Appointments are scheduled jointly and take place weekly.

In addition to individual coaching, topic-specific small-group sessions can also be offered as needed.

We're still here for you even after you've transitioned into the workforce

Starting a job is an important step—but it doesn’t always mean you no longer need support. That’s why we offer follow-up support for up to six months even after you’ve transitioned into a job.

During this time, we can help you adjust to your new professional situation and ensure a smooth transition. We’re also here to answer any questions you may have or help you navigate new challenges.

We use YouTube in enhanced privacy mode. According to YouTube, this mode ensures that YouTube does not store any information about visitors to this website before they watch the video. However, enhanced privacy mode does not necessarily prevent the sharing of data with YouTube partners. Thus, YouTube establishes a connection to the Google DoubleClick network regardless of whether you watch a video.

As soon as you play a YouTube video on this website, a connection is established with YouTube’s servers. This informs the YouTube server which of our pages you have visited. If you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your browsing activity directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account.

In addition, YouTube may store various cookies on your device after you start playing a video. YouTube uses these cookies to collect information about visitors to this website. This information is used, among other things, to track video statistics, improve the user experience, and prevent fraud. The cookies remain on your device until you delete them.

In some cases, after a YouTube video starts playing, additional data processing operations may be triggered over which we have no control.

We use YouTube to ensure that our online offerings are presented in an appealing manner. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. If consent has been requested (e.g., consent to the storage of cookies), processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR; consent may be revoked at any time.

For more information about data protection on YouTube, please see their Privacy Policy at:https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
